- Emotion (to connect with people)

- collaborative (2 + 2 = 5)
- abductive (new options, new solutions to new problems)
- experimental (proto and test)
- personal (focus on people involved in context)
- integrative (system thinking)
- interpretative (framing of problem to evaluate solutions)
